Shipping:

We either give you FREE shipping or we work it into the price...either way, we do not have any shipping charges for the US!!

We use vendors and artists from all over the US and Canada so if you order more than one item they may arrive at different times and in different packages.  See individual items for approximate shipping times.

International Shipping:  We will ship most (but not all) of our products internationally…please contact us to get a shipping quote to be added to your order.

We will ship all of our art internationally...just email me for a price quote.

Returns:

You must notify us immediately (within 3 days of receipt) if there is a problem with an item when you receive it.

All artwork may be returned within 7 days for a refund, excluding shipping costs.  Item(s) must be in the same condition as when they were shipped as well as in the same packaging with all the proper tags.  

Bedding, gifts, accessories, and room decor can only be exchanged and must be done so within 10 days.

**All custom orders are NOT refundable...except for the Art**

Warranty Information:

London Bridge Children upholds the warranties offered by the artisans and manufacturers who craft our products. Manufacturer's warranties vary, so we encourage you to ask us for specific warranty information on products of interest.

Order Cancelations:

We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors such as color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.

If you decide you want to cancel your order, you may do so ONLY if your item has not been made or shipped…you must contact us find out this information.
